Gary Catlin
I am a Licensed Valuer with over 35 years of experience in the valuation industry. I am the founder and previous Managing Director of Propell National Valuers (WA), formerly known as Ray White Valuers. My valuation expertise ranges across all property classifications with emphasis on commercial, hospitality, multi residential, acquisition and compensation. For the past 15 years, my focus has been centred around development management and independent client representation for all property matters.
Services
My services include management of design teams, tender and construction phases, finance, legal and client representation, site acquisition, contract administration and management of the sales and leasing programs. In addition to development management roles, I also undertake valuation instruction management as well as acting as an intermediary between the client and the valuation provider.
This process involves obtaining of quotations, briefing the valuers on content and context being sought and assessing the valuation to ensure that it meets the requirements of the client. As an intermediary, a draft report can be obtained which ensures that the report is suited to purpose and covers all necessary information pertinent to the advice being sought once this process is complete a final version is issued.

- Bassendean Industrial Project. An industrial warehouse and office building sited upon a 3,000 sqm lot within the Tonkin Industrial estate.
- CBD Office Project. An eight level boutique office building in the Perth CBD.
- Victoria Park Residential Project. A heritage sensitive, five level residential development comprising of 32 apartments and basement carpark.
- Joondalup Office and Medical Project. A seven level medical/office building comprising specialist radiation bunkers and basement carparking in the Joondalup CBD.
- Cloverdale Apartment Complex. A two level apartment complex comprising seven units.
- Joondalup Office/Residential Project. Completion of a partially complete mixed use development.
- Salter Point Residence. Completion of a partiaally built luxury residence.
- City Beach Residence. Completion of renovation and extension of residence.
- West Perth Office. Management of substantial fitout of 850 sqm of office.
- Perth CBD Strata Offices. Management of complete renovation and fitout of 610 sqm of offices.
- Scarborough Townhouse Project. Completion of partially built seven townhouse unit project.
